We are so grateful that you'll be traveling to our wedding. We do not take for granted the effort that it takes to attend and we are that much more honored to have your presence.
The airport to fly into for Barbados is BGI - Grantley Adams International Airport. We recommend using Google Flights or another flight aggregator to search for flights from your city to BGI. The airlines with the most flights between US hubs and Barbados are American & JetBlue, but there are a few other airlines as well. Make sure you are aware of the location of your layover and the duration (some of the cheaper flights have very long layovers!).
To expedite your customs process at arrival in Barbados, fill out the Immigration & Customs Form online here between 72-24 hours prior to your departure.
The FIFA World Cup will be happening in North America during the same time. There are matches happening all over the US, Canada and Mexico so we don't anticipate one city having a huge concentration of travel at this point in the tournament (group stages), but in case you'd like to prepare for any of it, the schedule is linked here.

FAQs:
- Q: The website says there's no availability on these dates.
- A: Try reselecting the dates you are interested in, it should resolve itself.
- Q: I don't need to stay the whole time from June 13 - June 30.
- A: These dates are just when the discounted rates are available. Feel free to book whichever days you'd like between those dates.
- Q: The website says it's $477 per night, not $260.
- A: The website is in Barbadian dollars (BBD). 1 BBD = 0.50 USD, so what you get charged will be roughly half of what is presented on the website in BBD.
- Q: How much will I be charged when booking?
- A: Our discounted pricing requires a deposit of one night's stay. You'll be charged the cost for one night plus fees.
- Q: The website isn't taking my card info.
- A: I've seen two issues so far:
1. For AMEX card holders, the website doesn't take the 4th digit of the security code. If you click submit it will still accept the payment.
2. For cards that expire before the stay (06/2026), the website will not accept them (because they need to be able to charge for late cancellations). Try using a card with an expiration after June 2026.
